4. Payment Terms

A specified advance payment is required to confirm bookings.
The remaining balance must be paid before or at the start of the journey unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments can be made through the payment methods approved by Him Yatra Travels.
Any applicable bank charges or transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to changes in fuel prices, government taxes, toll charges, hotel rates, or other operational costs.
Confirmed bookings will not be affected by price changes unless government taxes or mandatory charges are revised.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer Cancellation

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges and any non-refundable expenses.
Processing time for refunds may take 7–14 business days.

Company Cancellation

If Him Yatra Travels is unable to provide the booked service due to unavoidable circumstances, customers will be offered either:

An alternative arrangement, or
A refund for the unused portion of the service, subject to supplier policies.

7. Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for carrying valid identification and any documents required for their journey.

Failure to produce required documents may result in denial of service without refund.

Flight, train, or bus delays
Weather-related disruptions

Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid directly to Him Yatra Travels for the affected service.

12. Vehicle & Transport

Vehicle types are provided according to booking requirements and availability.
Drivers will follow all applicable traffic and safety regulations.
Customers are expected to maintain cleanliness and avoid damaging vehicles.
Any damage caused by passengers may result in additional charges.

13. Hotel & Accommodation

Hotel bookings are subject to hotel policies and availability.

Standard check-in and check-out times are determined by the respective hotel.

Any additional services requested at the hotel, such as room service, laundry, or minibar charges, must be paid directly by the customer.
